Don’t bother buying from this company bad quality and on there website there’s only 5 star reviews.. convenient !! Ankle chain has a kink in it and the locket had a gap all around it So any keepsake you put in it like hair or ashes it will fall out and if you put a picture in it the water goes in it, it’s ruined and the catch on the locket was crap also but that’s normal apparently and they won’t replace it ?

Stay away from this company
The jewellery is terrible quality and if you’re not happy they will not even consider refunding you.
They have a very convenient loophole to hide behind. If you have personalised your item you will not be refunded which probably applies to 99% of their customers as the company is obv all about personalising jewellery.
Buy your jewellery from a reputable jewellers not this awful company.

Poorly made look like it's came out of a 20p kids machine. Opened the pendant to put a photo in it and it snapped in half what a joke. Sent an email a week ago not received any reply. Will give another few more days for a response if not responded will be requesting a charge back through the credit card. AVOID.

Update to response below:

Parcel was sent back on Tuesday so should be received today or tomorrow and I have post office proof of it being sent back. As for my other reviews, it's none of the business of the response of this company and is very unprofessional. Then again I would not expect anything less from this Mickey Mouse company. Look at the other reviews..

Ordered grad necklace took ages to arrive! Didn’t check it properly until it was time to gift wrap and give to my daughter. It had black marks front and back! Cannot believe they would send this out the way it was! The necklace itself is very flimsy and tacky! Absolute RIP off! Waste of £55! Can only think the marks would be off the engraving. Tried to clean it but marks would not budge. My husband took it to our local jewellers who managed to get the black marks out thankfully! When I contacted them to let them know all I got was I’m sorry but now that you have got a third party involved to get it cleaned we cannot do anything for you! Our jewellers only charged £5 to clean it and when I suggested they refund that at least he didn’t want to know. Would think twice before ordering from personalised jewellery!!

Just be careful! Bought a bracelet, returned it as broke, with pre paid label back in September. Cannot contact by phone (due to covid!). Cannot get answer via 5 emails. Thought maybe they had gone bust but see on reviews people still receiving items so that cannot be the reason. Probably going to have to go down small claims route which I could do without.

I bought a silver pigeon necklace for a confirmation gift, it came quickly, it is beautiful, good quality engraved heart without error, I recommend it !!!
